Tom has 25+ years in economic development, with projects exceeding $10 billion in value and 50,000 jobs; including the 2005 BRAC win and numerous corporate headquarter, laboratory and industrial projects. His work with USM is focused on company creation, tech commercialization, industry and government research, internships, and launching USM’s $25 million early-stage Momentum Fund. Prior to USM, he served as President & CEO of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore. He is a lifelong Maryland resident, proud husband, father and UMBC graduate.
