Ellington West is the co-founder and CEO of Sonavi Labs. Ellington started her professional career in market research at Observation Baltimore. During her three years with the company she gained a comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing principles, trends and practices in qualitative sciences. In 2013 she joined National Spine and Pain Centers and served as the North-East Director of Sales, which encompassed over 40 medical practices. Ellington’s personal and professional interest in startups, intellectual property, accessible and innovative healthcare solutions prompted her to found Sonavi Labs in 2017. At Sonavi Labs, Ellington is working to commercialize machine learning technologies to streamline patient access to care ranging from auto indicating stethoscopes to pediatric and wearable devices.
