Jay is an operating partner at Capital One Growth Ventures where he helps identify, and invests in startups that are of strategic interest to Capital One. Jay has 20+ years of experience across the technology stack. He has been an engineer, early startup founder and strategic investor during those years. Most notably, Jay has been credited with playing a key role in transforming InQTel, the strategic investment arm of the Intelligence Community, into the country’s third largest strategic investment company (behind Intel Capital and Google Ventures). Jay has a masters degree in EE from the University of Maryland in College Park.
