Kiesha Haughton is the Managing Director of the Maryland Women’s Business Center (MWBC) an SBA certified women’s business center that provides business training and counseling services to women-owned enterprises, enabling them to start, sustain, and achieve scalable growth. Prior to joining the MWBC, Kiesha gained over 15 years of experience providing economic development solutions to both the public and private sector. She also founded Abeja International, LLC, which provides management consulting and training services that assist in international economic development. Kiesha received her MBA and BA from the University of Maryland, and MA from the University of Denver.
