Oki serves as the product owner for the first healthcare procurement blockchain network. He directs the product strategy for a blockchain AI platform that has the potential to save the agency hundreds of millions of dollars. He leads the effort to explore opportunity to cut cost and improve efficiency by targeting acquisition business process, with the emphasis on truly understanding the pain points and issues by using an innovative way of solving problems through the process of human centered design and risk‐controlled implementation strategy.
