Paul Bardack

Paul’s first career, in economic development, began in 1978 and during that career he managed a $3.1 billion portfolio of federal programs as Deputy HUD Assistant Secretary for Economic Development, served as senior policy advisor to the New Jersey Governor, and worked as legislative counsel on Capitol Hill. Paul moved onto his second, distance learning, career in 1999. In that career he represented the United States before UNESCO at global meetings in Paris, Pretoria, and Toronto on public policy issues confronting the digital learning field. Paul is a graduate of Yale University (BA 1975) and of the American University Washington College of Law (JD 1978).
