Rajesh Eshwar is the Head of Client Experience & Delivery Transformation at T. Rowe Price. In this role, Mr. Eshwar leads the transformation efforts to deliver reimagined client experiences using design and technology advancements. Mr. Eshwar also leads the firm’s Maryland Innovation Center.

Before joining T. Rowe Price in 2017, Mr. Eshwar was Executive Vice President in Capgemini’s North American business, where he was responsible for its East region business operations specializing in Digital & Analytics capabilities. In prior roles, Rajesh has led revenue growth & client service excellence initiatives for Fortune 1000 firms.
Mr. Eshwar holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
