Rob has been an engineer for NASA, an Operational Test Director/Test Pilot for the Marines, a Presidential Nuclear Strike Adviser and designed aircraft. He also has run aviation acquisition program, science and technology programs, developed strategic plans for the Navy and Marine Corps unmanned aviation and holds aviation patents.
Rob is the founder of Hop Flyt, an aviation design and manufacturing startup specializing in highly autonomous electric Vertical Take Off and Landing aircraft. He hopes to give people time back in their lives by drastically reducing commute times with on demand, point to point vertical takeoff and landing transportation.
