Mary M. Morris is director of the Baltimore Economic Development Fund, an initiative that encourages university-affiliated technology firms to locate and expand in Baltimore City. She also manages a number of University of Maryland, Baltimore’s entrepreneurial and innovation activities, supporting the growth of Baltimore’s innovation and technology commercialization ecosystem. For over 20 years Mary has been fostering economic development and innovation across Maryland at the state, regional, and local levels. She is an experienced entrepreneur and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University.
