Brian Darmody is CEO of AURP, a global non profit representing research parks and innovation districts in the US (42 states) and around the globe. AURP has opened its ‘HQ2’ in the We Work space adjacent to the Hotel at UMD in College Park to complement the AURP HQ at U of Arizona Tech Park. Brian had a long history at UMD working in the legal field, representing UMD at state and federal levels, and heading up economic development, corporate and foundation relations and other projects for UMD and University System of Md.
