Ms. Tillett is responsible for management of the City of Baltimore’s technology innovation center. In that role she provides the guidance, leadership and resources necessary for entrepreneurs to start, grow and succeed with their businesses. Before joining ETC, Deb served as president and co-founder of Immersive 3D; President and consultant for Kalypso Media; and, as president of BreakAway Ltd. Ms. Tillett holds a BS from Towson University and an MBA from Loyola University. She serves on numerous advisory boards and was honored by the Daily Record as a 2017 “Maryland Influencer” and a 2018 “Top Ten in Tech”.
