Deborah Jordan, Senior Design Thinker, AARP Enterprise Innovation, leads the Design Thinking practice within AARP’s Innovation Lab, The Hatchery. The Design Thinking team works across AARP Business Units and with Hatchery start-ups to accelerate innovation. In addition, her team provides training and coaching in human-centered design to foster a culture of innovation at AARP. Prior to AARP, Deborah worked in consulting, brand management and new product development in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and IT industries.
