Elizabeth concentrates on corporate law and corporate governance matters. She has experience guiding corporate filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of corporate agreements. She works closely with entrepreneurs to guide them through initial company formation issues, day-to-day corporate governance matters, and financing transactions and exits. Liz also works directly with angel investors, private equity investors and firms, and venture capital firms.
