Kimberly Morales

Director, Marketing Communications, Outback Steakhouse

As Director, Marketing Communication Ms. Morales leads marketing communications strategy for the nation’s largest casual dining steakhouse. She serves as the brand lead for marketing communications strategies to activate programs in restaurant, television and all digital platforms; collaborates with the marketing team and its partners to develop promotional calendar and implement new promotions to drive the business forward; and, strategically aligns the Organization’s marketing plan with core objectives and sales/traffic goals while effectively reaching the target customer. Prior to joining Outback, Ms. Morales held a number of media and communications positions. She has a degree from the University of Florida.
