Neil Davis serves as TEDCO’s Director of Entrepreneurial Development. In this role, hi manages major elements of TEDCO’s Gateway Services Initiative – the mdPACE Program, the Gateway Services Program (Loaned Executives, Gateway Executives, Gateway Advisors, Executive Coaches, and Executive Roundtables), and the Rural Business Innovation Initiative. Neil is also the Organization’s liaison with the State’s technology incubators, is part of the TEDCO’s seed investment team, and is actively involved in creating new strategies designed to assist entrepreneurs, including the development of educational programming for TEDCO’s portfolio companies. He brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering, business development, business consulting, and P&L management. Prior to joining TEDCO, Neil held leadership positions at the Emerging Technology Centers, Environmental Elements Corporation, and Browning-Ferris Industries.
