George Davis is well-known for his successes in investing, building and managing biotech, IT, and software companies, often from the start-up stage. George recently served as Partner in Gamma3 LLC, a Maryland based investment platform which provides early stage financing to locally based startups. Under George’s guidance, Gamma3 has invested in several Maryland based portfolio companies that cover a broad spectrum of life science and cybersecurity early stage opportunities. He also served as the CEO of one of Gamma3’s portfolio companies, Gemstone Biotherapeutics LLC.
With over 30 years of management experience, having served in various C-level positions, including President and CEO of publicly traded companies, George offers a broad range of experience and business acumen.

Aaron brings 15 years’ experiences in biopharmaceutical business, and research and development, with both breadth and depth. At Viela Bio, he manages CMC, Quality, IT, Business Development, Procurement and Contracts functions. Most recently, Aaron was the MedImmune China Lead, leading company R&D initiatives for China, and he was also a Director of Business Development, with MedImmune’s BioPharmaceutical Development and Partnering groups respectively. Before he joined MedImmune in 2014, Aaron was with McKinsey & Co, SR One and held multiple roles in R&D with increasing responsibilities with Schering-Plough and Abbott Labs.

Elizabeth is a Member at Mintz Levin who represents and counsels clients in connection with technology transactions and IP prosecution matters. She has a particular focus on the life sciences industry, as well as significant IP experience in renewable energy, software, financial services, e-commerce, telecommunications, manufacturing, and education.

Chris is a Member at Mintz Levin, representing clients in the life sciences industries in formulating and executing business strategies leveraging technology, specializing in complex technology transactions. His industry experience in technical, business and legal roles, together with his law firm experience in intellectual property and corporate matters, makes him uniquely qualified to provide high quality, business focused service to his clients. In addition, he and his team regularly perform technical and legal due diligence in support of venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions. His fundraising experience includes venture capital, private equity, and debt investments.
